1. How to configure the database password?

   In Best Practice open Setup -> Configuration.

   
   

   Then find the database icon on the left and set the Database Browser password.

   

2. Where is the data stored?

   Med-e-mate tools connect directly to your BP database. BP data is never sent outside of your network. That's why it can work quickly and keep your information secure.

3. I'd like a tool which you don't provide.

   Please contact us. We're always looking for new tools to add to the suite.

4. Something went wrong / crashed.

   Most likely you were provided with a message showing the exception and report number. Please send an email to support with the report number and any other relevant information.
